Amathus Beach Cyprus Hotel now offers 36 newly refurbished
Junior Suites which match the lifestyle of our regular guests in comfort,
spaciousness and luxury. Furthermore, the 7 meter long private pool / jacuzzi
featuring in nine of these suites is the ultimate in relaxation and privacy.
At the Amathus Beach Cyprus
Hotel, there are 199 rooms also newly refurbished that combine comfort with tasteful
luxury - over half of them are specially suited for families.
Our domain of excellence stands on over 200 meters of sea frontage. A beautiful
marina and a sandy beach gently intermingle with the landscaped surroundings and
4000 square meters of immaculate green lawns, - sights that truly please the
eye. Here, there is something for everybody. From the island's most
sophisticated Amathusia Health and Fitness Centre including a 20 meter long
indoor pool, and Aerobics Studio, a Thalassobath Centre, a Clarins Studio and a
Declor studio, to two outdoor pools, to our Sailor's Nest Children's Playground.
On top of all these, a carefully chosen selection of restaurants - where the
setting for each, whether indoor or outdoor, is as fulfilling to the eye as the

Deluxe Rooms inland views,
equally distributed over four floors, whose balconies have been converted into
luxuriously furnished sitting rooms. As these rooms can accommodate a greater
number of guests, they represent an ideal option for families with children.
Elegantly and recently refurbished, these splendidly appointed rooms
come complete with marble bathrooms. All Deluxe Rooms have heating,
air-conditioning, direct telephone connection with plug-in computer data port,
satellite TV, Pay TV channels, mini-bar, safe deposit box, bathroom with
full-length bathtub, hair- dryer, electric shaver, bathrobes and slippers. A
number of these rooms on the fourth floor are reserved for non-smokers, some
are interconnecting with twin beds whilst others have a double bed. Two Deluxe
Rooms with Inland Views on the first floor have been specially designed and
equipped to ensure that disabled guests with special needs will enjoy the
maximum of convenience and comfort. Sleeps: Maximum 3 Adults OR 2 Adults and 2
Children. Each Deluxe Room with inland views measures approximately 31 square
metres.

Deluxe Sea View Equally distributed
over four floors, the Hotel has 103 Deluxe Rooms whose balconies offer
magnificent views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and the Mediterranean
Sea beyond. The balconies, with genuine teak furnishings, are also ideal for
intimate private dining. All of these elegant and recently refurbished rooms
are luxuriously furnished and equipped with marble bathrooms. Amenities
include heating, air-conditioning, direct telephone connection with plug-in
computer data port, satellite TV, Pay TV channels, minibar, safe deposit box,
bathroom with full-length bathtub, hair-dryer, electric shaver, bathrobes and
slippers. A number of these rooms on the fourth floor are reserved for

Junior Suites with Sea View located
on the second, third and fourth floors of a private annex, there are 27 newly
refurbished "Open-Plan Suites". The balconies offer spectacular unobstructed
views of the Mediterranean Sea and the splendid landscaped gardens of the
Hotel. Spacious and luxurious, our Junior Suites are elegantly decorated and
come furnished with a large double bed or (two) twin beds, while the ample and
exceptionally well appointed lounge – separated from the bedroom area by a
wooden partition – is furnished with an armchair and a 3-seater settee, which
can be converted into an extra double bed. Already extremely large, these
suites offer additional space thanks to the large balconies complete with teak
furniture and sun bed. The balconies are ideal for intimate private dining.
All the Junior Suites have heating, air-conditioning, direct telephone
connection with plug-in computer data port, satellite TV, Pay TV channels,
mini-bar, safe deposit box, bathroom in Italian marble with twin sinks,
full-length bathtub and toiletries by Bvlgari, hair-dryer, electric shaver,
bathrobes, slippers and tea & coffee making facilities. Sleeps: Maximum 3
Adults OR 2 Adults and 2 Children. Each Junior Suite measures approximately 37
square metres.
The Amathus Beach Hotel boasts 1 Presidential Suite, 3
Executive Suites and 199 deluxe rooms on the four floors of the main building,
from which 103 are sea view rooms and 96 are inland view.
All rooms are superbly appointed with great attention to
detail that can only be challenged by the exceptional quality of service,
cleanliness and hospitality provided. All inland view rooms equally split on 4
floors have been extended to offer the extra space usually required by
families. The comfortable sofas available in these rooms can become a proper
double bed, providing a convenient room for families with two children.

At the Amathus Beach
Cyprus Hotel explore the
underwater life by joining the scuba diving team. Relax around or swim in the
fresh water of the 2 swimming pools each with it's own characteristics. Enjoy
a tropical cooler from the bar, exercise in the warm water of the indoor pool
or rejuvenate in the adjacent hydromassage pool. Swim in the clear water of
Mediterranean, or be more adventurous and try any of the various water sports
including: water-skiing, sea scooter, self-drive speedboat, paragliding, and
windsurfing.
Children are more than welcome at the hotel and
every care is taken to accommodate them. Children can paddle in the kids' swimming
pool, there is also a Junior Club during the Summer school holiday months as
well as Christmas and Easter. A qualified juniors activities organiser is on
hand to help ensure that the younger
guests have a great time too. Sailor's Nest Play-ground next
to the Limanaki Fish Taverna is also available to children from the ages of 4-12
years. Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Experienced baby sitters are available on the same day when given notice
before 12 noon. There is also a wide variety of popular video and space games
specially designed for junior entertainment.

overlooking the hotel's marina. Features include a multi-choice Table d' Hôte menu
with local and international cuisine and memorable theme evenings, which is
included in the terms of stay of guests on half or full board terms. The menu
is also available at a charge, for all bed and breakfast residents or other
guests. The southern side of the elegant Ambrosia Restaurant, is discreetly
separated and forms "La Rotisserie", a high standard restaurant intended to
satisfy our selective "gourmet" guests. The sumptuous
Kalypso breakfast buffet includes an impressive selection of home-baked
breads, oven-fresh croissants and pastries, a selection of fresh and stewed
fruit, freshly-squeezed juices, cereals, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie, and, at
