How will my booking for accommodation be confirmed? When you make a booking, receipt of it will be confirmed immediately by e-mail. Within one working day, providing the accommodation that you have requested is available for the period you want, you will receive confirmation of your booking by e-mail. This confirmation will include full details of the booking. Should the accommodation that you have requested not be available for the period that you would like, we will notify you accordingly. If in the unlikely event you do not receive confirmation of your booking, or notification that it can not be confirmed, please notify us by sending an e-mail to reservations@Getaway2Cyprus.com. If I lose the e-mail confirming my booking, how can I obtain a copy of it? You can click on the 'My Reservation' button at the top of the main page of our site, and on entering your Itinerary Number and Password you can reference a copy of your booking, which you can if you wish print out. Alternatively, if you prefer, we will be pleased to send you a copy. All you have to do is e-mail us at reservations@Getaway2Cyprus.com quoting your Booking Reference, and requesting a copy of your confirmation of booking, and we will e-mail it to you. We endeavour to reply to all incoming mail within 24hrs. When do you take payment? Full payment of the total amount due will be transacted through the credit card account given, as soon as the booking is confirmed. If I don’t want to enter my credit card details on to your web site, is there an alternative way to pay? If you prefer, you can fax or telephone your credit card details to us. If there is sufficient time available you can pay by bank transfer. For full details of these alternative ways of making payment, please contact us at mail@Getaway2Cyprus.com. Can I change a confirmed booking, and if so how? You should send an e-mail to reservations@Getaway2Cyprus.com quoting your Booking Reference, and stating what change, or changes you would like to make. We will then make the necessary arrangements on your behalf, and confirm to you what action has been taken. At the same time, we will notify you of any additional costs involved. We endeavour to reply to all incoming mail within 24hrs. How can I make a special request? You can make a special request at the time you make your booking by entering the details in the ‘Enter Special Requests' box. If you want to make a special request after your booking has been confirmed, then send an e-mail to us at reservations@Getaway2Cyprus.com quoting your Booking Reference, and giving details of your special request. We will pass the information on to the service provider, and then confirm to you by e-mail that we have done so.
